Dear Mr. Matson,
Your application HDC2023-003 for a new side entrance at 805 Sherman Street will be
heard before the Historic District Commission on March 2, 2023. The hearing will be
held in the Auditorium Room at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center, 3805
W 12th Street, Little Rock. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your application will be item one on the agenda. The owner or their agent must be
present in order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #6 and #7. Use “HDC2023-003” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions. Additionally, please put the
correct public hearing location and date on your public notice letters. Before mailing
letters, send a copy of the Public Notice Letter to staff for their review.
