Dear Mr. Lee,
Your application HDC2023-001 for a rear yard fence, at 609 S. Rock Street will be
heard before the Historic District Commission on February 2, 2023. The hearing will be
held in the Auditorium Room at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center, 3805
W 12th Street, Little Rock. The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Your application will be item one on the agenda. The owner or their agent must be
present in order for the item to be heard.
Please follow directions exactly when giving ten days’ notice to all property owners as
stated in the application on page 3 instructions #6 and #7. Use “HDC2023-001” to
complete your mailing labels as shown in the instructions. Additionally, please put the
correct public hearing location and date on your public notice letters.
The following information will need to be submitted to Staff by January 19 th to complete
your filing. If you are not including any of the items below, please respond with “not
applicable”.
• Please provide the legal description as noted on the property deed.
• Will the fence be made of flat boards in a single row, or will they be in a different
orientation/design?
• Will the fence be painted or stained?
• Please provide the property line setbacks.
