Rock St Little Rock, AR 72202 501-516-2514 January 11, 2023 Privacy fence replacement notification Letter To whom it may concern, I am writing to notify you there will be a hearing on February 2, 2023 @ 4:00 pm in regards to the replacement of privacy fence at 609 S. Rock St, Little Rock, AR 72202. The fence will be replaced with a traditional 6' fortress style wood fence, with at natural wood stain. This is the same style that is currently standing at the location. The west side or portion facing 6th street will be raised to 6'. The perimeter will be adjusted also, diagram attached in this letter along with a sample picture of final product. If anyone has any questions please feel free to give me a call or come to the hearing to discuss.
