in the Will that was duly admitted to Probate by Order as filed in the Office of the Circuit Court of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, Estate of Sara Lynn Oliver, Case No. 60PR-21-1899), Grantor, for and in
consideration of the sum of One and no one hundredths ($1.00) Dollars, and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid by Brandon D. Lee, an unmarried person, hereinafter called Grantee, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell and quitclaim unto the said Grantee and
unto Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever, all the decedent's rights, title, interest, and claim in
and to the following described lands situated in the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee and unto his heirs, successors and assigns
