This is to certify that we have surveyed part of Lots 9 and 10, Block 9,
/ Midland Hills Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
/ V Qdescribed as: Beginning at the NE corner of said Lot 9; thence South along the
V) West line of Prospect Avenue (Kavanaugh Boulevard) 82.6' (81.96' measured);
thence in a Southwesterly direction 82.2' (82.8' measured) to a point on the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 9 (said point being 10.0' South of the NW corner
of said Lot 9 and on the Easterly R/W line of Charles Street); thence in a
Northwesterly direction along the Easterly R/W line of Charles Street 10.0'
to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence in a Northeasterly direction along
