This is to certify that we have surveyed part of Lots 9 and 10, Block 9,
Midland Hills Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Beginning at the NE corner of said Lot 9; thence South along the
West line of Prospect Avenue (Kavanaugh Boulevard) 82.6' (81.96' measured);
thence in a Southwesterly direction 82.2' (82.8' measured) to a point on the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 9 (said point being 10.0' South of the NW corner
of said Lot 9 and on the Easterly R/W line of Charles Street); thence in a
Northwesterly direction along the Easterly R/W line of Charles Street 10.0'
to the Nurthwe-st corner of said Lot 9; thence in a Northeasterly direction along
the Westerly line of Lot 9 133.5' to the Point of Beginning. All property
corners were set or found as shown and were established in accordance with the
existing monuments and apparent property lines of the area. The existing
improvements are as shown hereon. The use of this survey and plat is limited
to the parties named i,ereon.
