The Requirements of Article X. Signs shall apply to this property
except as noted below:
Section 36-545. Permit.
(b) No permit is required for light pole banners as described in section. 36-557 (g).
Section 36-550.
(5) Ten (10) directional / information signs per lot, not to exceed ten (10) square feet in
sign area or six (6) feet in height. Logos shall be permitted on these signs.
Section 36-555 (a)
(2) Freestanding signs shall be permitted in the sizes and in locations as shown on the
conceptual site plan. In addition to the above, the owner may use each of the following:
a. Wall or mansard signs (which may include logos) not to exceed 10% of each facade
area.
b. One (1) awning sign (which may include logos) per facade, not to exceed fifty (50)
percent of the surface area of the awning or one (1) marquee sign not to exceed one-third
square foot in sign area for each linear foot of marquee front and side.
c. One (1) under canopy or projecting sign per frontage, not to exceed fifteen (15)
square feet in sign area.
(3) Where a building or occupancy has more than one (1) facade or frontage, one (1)
additional wall sign is allowed on the additional frontages or facades, not to exceed
10% of each facade area.

Add (g):
Seasonal fabric banners may be installed on pole lighting located on private streets
and driveways and within parking areas. Banners may not be used for the purpose of
advertising products or services either of on -premise or off -premise businesses.
Maximum size of banners shall be 2'-0" wide and 8'-0" high, and the minimum clearance
shall be 9'-0" for pedestrian areas and 14'-0" for vehicular areas.
