A tract of land being that part of the N11, NWk, of Section 6, T -1-N, R -13-W lying south of the southerly right-
of-way line of Rock Creek Parkway and lying north of the northerly right-of-way line of Kanis Road, all in
Pulaski Country, Arkansas, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the 3/4" iron pin at the northwest corner of said Section 6; thence S87°45'00"E along the north
line of Section 6 for a distance of 99.69 feet to a 3/8" rebar; thence S89°15'58"E continuing along the north.
line of Section 6 for a distance of -436.24 feet; thence S00.50140"W, 703.22 feet to the northerly right-of-way
line of Rock Creek Parkway; thence continuing S00'50'40"W, 150.50 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of
Rock Greek Parkway, and the Point of Beginning; thence along said southerly right-of-way line of Rock Creek
Parkway along a curve to the right for a distance of 10.29 feet, said curve having a radius of 1387.80 feet, a
central angle of 00°25'29", and a chord bearing and distance of 261.31'45"B, 10.29 feet; thence continuing
along said southerly right-of-way line 561.28'18"E, 383.90 feet to a found iron pin at the northwest corner of
the Kinco property; thence along the western line of the Kinco property S18°12'32"W, 641.09 feet to northerly
right-of-way line of Kanis Road; thence along said northerly right-of-way line of Kanis Road the following
courses and distances: along a curve to the right for a distance of 61.16 feet, said curve having a radius of
610.66 feet, a central angle of 05'55'33", and a chord bearing and distance of N54°38'20"W, 63.13 feet;
N51"40'33"W, 290.01 feet; along a curve to the right for a distance of 290.91 feet, said curve having radius of
454.41 feet, a central angle of 36°40'49", and a chord bearing and distance of N33°20'09"W, 285.96 feet; and
N14959'45"W, 517.45 feet to the intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of Kanis Road with the
southerly right-of-way line of Rock Creek Parkway; thence along said southerly right-of-way line of Rock Creek
Parkway the following courses and distances: S75'34'00"E, 118.37 feet; S69°36'45"E, 106.53 feet; and along a
curve to the right for a distance of 228.81 feet to the Point of Beginning, said curve having a radius of
