Please see attached copy of the approved and signed Certificate of Compliance from the Little Rock
Historic District Commission for your reroofing project at 1301 Cumberland. Please keep this COC copy
for your records. The original COC, printed on orange paper, will be mailed to you.
Please check with our Permit team if a permit is required for your project. If so, you will need to upload
this signed document to your permit application.

We will not be installing gutters at this time. However, we will be
needing to do flashing on chimneys to ensure that they’re done
properly. I will send a link to the product when I get to a stopping place

I’ve received your application. This project type can be
administratively reviewed and will not require a public
hearing. A few questions and I can review today:
1. Will the project scope involve gutter
installation, chimney repairs, fascia/soffit
repairs, and/or changes to the front dormer
(apart from reroofing)?
2. Are you applying for the rear detached
secondary structure to be reroofed as well?
3. Could you send a link to the product for the
architectural shingles?

Click on Government > Planning &
Development
On the right-hand menu find Boards &
Commissions
Scroll down to Historic District
Commission
In this section, you will find information
regarding the HDC, the design
guidelines and the application process.
You can complete the application and
send it to me via email or bring it to the
Planning & Development Department at
723 W Markham. You will only need to
complete page 3 of the application
packet. Please also send a link to the
product you are planning to use for the
roof.
