Please keep this COC copy for your records. The original COC, printed on orange paper, will be mailed to you.

Good Afternoon, Hannah:
Per our telephone conversation, please see the attached COA application with the marked-up survey showing location of
the fence repair. I have also included photos of the current state of the fence needing repairs.
Finally I have attached a final photograph showing erosion to this side of the yard since the house next door was
demolished. I thought it would be interesting to share – I think it is part of an old retaining wall.
