3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
12 Jeremiah Russell, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year Architect term, said term to expire on
13 February 19, 2026.
14 COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD:
15 Governor Foreman, Jr., appointed to serve the unexpired Landlord Representative term of Barry
16 Jackson, said term to expire on June 2,2025.
17 Sylvia Smith, appointed to serve the unexpired At-Large term of Karyn B. Coleman, said term to
18 expire on June 2,2024.
19 Rena Exson Stevenson, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year Real Estate Business Community
20 term, said term to expire on June 2,2026.
21 LITTLE ROCK PARKS& RECREATION COMMISSION:
22 Ben France,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year term, said term to expire on January 31, 2026.
23 Ron Bara,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year term, said term to expire on January 31,2026.
24 Mike Bernardo, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on January 31,
25 2026.
26 LITTLE ROCK SUSTAINABILITY COMMISSION:
27 Rachel Hale,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year term, said term to expire on February 5,2026.
28 Shannon Heard, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Sheridan Richards, said term to expire on
29 February 5,2025.
30 Tabitha Faith Mullins, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on
31 February 5, 2026.
32 LITTLE ROCK WATER RECLAMATION COMMISSION:
33 Daryl Brown,appointed to serve the unexpired term of Lauren Waldrip Ward, said term to expire on
34 August 1, 2024.

2 Shane Carter, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on February
3 21,2026.
4 Sharmin Moody, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on

6 MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM COMMISSION:
7 Tim Heiple,to serve his second three(3)-year term, said term to expire on February 21,2026.
8 Sharon Priest,to serve her third three(3)-year term, said term to expire on February 21, 2026.
9 Mandy Shoptaw,to serve her second three(3)-year term, said term to expire on February 21,2026.

18 RIVER MARKET DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE:
19 Mike Matchett, reappointed to serve his second three (3) year Property Owner term, said term to
20 expire on August 16, 2026.
21 SISTER CITIES COMMISSION:
22 Ben Walters,appointed to serve his first five(5)-year term, said term to expire on January 5,2028.
23 Robert Zeiler, reappointed to serve his third five (5)-year term, said term to expire on January 5,
24 2028.
25 Anna Harris appointed to fill the unexpired term of Deneen Hill, said term to expire on January 5,
26 2024.
27 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
28 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
31 resolution.
32 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
33 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
