3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION:
12 Jeff Hildebrand,appointed to serve his third five(5)-year term, said term to expire on April 1, 2028.
13 Obray Nunnley,Jr., reappointed to serve his second five (5)-year term, said term to expire on April
14 1,2028.
15 Pamela Abrams,appointed to serve her first five(5)-year term, said term to expire on April 1, 2028.
16 Bobby Forest,Jr.,appointed to fill the unexpired term of Cara Boyd-Connors, said term to expire on
17 April 1,2025.
18 Mike Shepard,appointed to serve his first five(5)-year term, said term to expire on April 1,2028.
19 LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:
20 Kerry Wright, appointed to serve his first five (5)-year term, said term to expire on September 30,
21 2028.
22 LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION:
23 Dr. Harold Betton, appointed to serve his first five (5)-year Qualified Elector of Municipality term,
24 said term to expire on December 31, 2027.
25 LITTLE ROCK WATER RECLAMATION AUTHORITY:
26 Prentice O'Guinn, III, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Richard Mays, Jr., said term to expire
27 on August 1,2023.
28 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
29 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
32 resolution.
33 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions,or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with
34 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
