S5010' 52"W 501.41'to a found iron pin; thence N87° 39' 10"W 97.15'to a found iron pin;
thence NOV 50' 10"E 218.1' to a found iron pin set on the South right of way of Assembly Court;
thence Northerly along said right of way being the are of a 65.00' radnus curve to the left, a chord
bearing and distance of N16° 34'39" W 120.08' to a set iron pin on the North line of said
S1/2 SE114 SE1/4; thence S88`10'49"E along said North line 509.71'to the Point of Beginning.

the North line thereof a distance of 392.735 meters to a point on the existing Westerly right of
way line of Chicot Road; thence S02°05'21'W along said existing right of way line a distance
