A tract of land being a part of the S 1 /2. NE 1,'4, NW 1/4, NW 1/4 and a part
of the N 1/2, SE 1/4. NW 1.'4, NW 1/4 all in Section 9. Township 1 North. Range
13 West, City of Little Rock. Pulaski County. Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the N 1/2, SE 1/4. NW 1/4. NW 1/4 of
said Section 9 for the Point of Beginning: thence N 01649'39"E, 329.72 feet:
thence N 89002'23"W. 659.68 feet to a found iron pin; thence S 01.49'13"W.
326.80 feet to a found iron pin: thence S 0027'33"W, 329.27 feet to a found
iron pin: thence S 88°43'13"E. 642.25 feet to a found iron pin; thence
N O1°10'56'•E,329.99 feet to a found iron pin;thence S 88.47'13"E, 13.20 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 9.85 acres more or less.
The above described parcel being subject a public right-of-way for Bowman Road
(a 60 foot Right -of -Way).
