13 West, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. bring more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the N 1/2, SE 1/4. VW 1/4. NW 1/4 of
said Section 9 for the Point of Beginning: thence N 01.49'39"E. 329.72 feet:
thence N 89902'23"W. 659.68 feet to a found iron pin; thence S 01.49113"W.
326.80 feet to a found iron pin; thence S 0027'33"W. 329.27 feet to a found
