beginning; thence N 88 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds W, 343.66 feet to a
point on the East right of Way line of Kanis Road; thence N 36 degrees 03
minutes 16 seconds W along said East right of way line, 66.14 feet; thence
Northwesterly and continuing along said East right of way line folloWing the
arc of a 1424.32 foot radius curve to the left, a chord bearing and distance of
N 40 degrees 22 minutes 38 seconds W, 213.80 feet; thence N 34 degrees 03
minutes 13 seconds E. 262.50 feet to a point on the West line of said
