LEGAL DESCRIPTION :
Part of the SEI/4 NWS/4 of Section 6, Township 1 North, Range 13 West,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the SEI/4 NW1/4 of said Section 6;
thence N 00 degrees 58 minutes 51 seconds E along the East line of said
SEI/4 NW1/4 and the West line of Woodcreek, an addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas (Plat Book C. Page 285), 208.05 feet to the point of
beginning; thence N 88 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds W, 343.66 feet to a
point on the East right of way line of Kanis Road; thence N 36 degrees 03
minutes 16 seconds W along said East right of way line, 66.14 feet; thence
Northwesterly and continuing along said East right of way line following the
arc of a 1424.32 foot radius curve to the left, a chord bearing and distance of
N 40 degrees 22 minutes 38 seconds W, 213.80 feet; thence N 34 degrees 03
minutes 13 seconds E, 262.50 feet to a point on the West line of said
Woodcreek; thence S 39 degrees 59 minutes 18 seconds E along said West
line, 581.80 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 2.48 acres, more or,
less.
