Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at a point on the South line of the S 1/2, NE 1/4, NW
1/4, NE 1/4 said Section 32, 33.5 ft. West of • the Southeast
corner thereof; thence West along said South line 248.5 ft.;
thence N 33° 01' W, 52.8 ft. to a point on the South right-of-way
line of Interstate Route No. 30; thence Northwesterly along said
