This is to certify that we have surveyed part of the SE# SEI of Section 34,
T -I -N, R -13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the SE corner of said SE} SE} Section 34; thence North
along the East line of said SE} SEI 252.6' to a point on the North R/W
line of U.S. Interstate Highway 30; thence 566057'37"W along the North
R/W line of said U.S. Interstate Highway 30 326.0' to the Point of Be -
binning (said point also being the SE corner of Tract 2, Vogelsberg
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, as recorded in Plat Book 9 Page 37
of the records of the Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas); thence continue 566057'37"W along the North R/W line
of said U.S. Interstate Highway 30 193.19' to its' intersection with the
North R/W line of Base Line Road; thence S73047'50"W along the North
R/W line of Base Line Road 75.0' to the SW corner of said Tract 2,
Vogelsberg Subdivision; thence North along the West line of said Tract 2
175.54' to the NW corner thereof; thence N67005'14"E along the North
line of said Tract 2 199.08' to the NE corner thereof; thence 523000'46"E
along the East line of said Tract 2 170.25' to the SE corner thereof
and the Point of Beginning. The above described property is also known
as Tract 2, Vogelsberg Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas. All property
corners were set or found as shown and were established in accordance
with the existing monuments and apparent property lines of the area.
The improvements are as shown hereon. At the time of the survey, no
encroachments were noted except as may shown hereon. The use of this
survey and plat is limited to the parties named hereon.
