1. All clearing and excavation shall be conducted in accordance with the
City of Little Rock Ordinances in effect on the date of approval.
2. Trees and vegetation outside the clearing area shall not be disturbed.
3. All areas of excavation not covered with base course within two (2) weeks
shall be covered with straw mulch. Lot 1 at the rate of 2 tons per Acre loose.
Lot 2 at the rate of 2 tons per acre tacked.
