This is to certify that we have surveyed part of the SWI,

County, Arkansas, more particulary described as:
Beginning at a point where the East line of Lot 5 R,
Replat of Tract "F" - Meadowcliff Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas (as recorded in Plat Book 28
Page 14 of the records of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-
Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas) intersects
the North R/W line of Blount Road (65th Street ); thence
N00008'24"W along the East line of said Lot 5 R 139.24,
to the NE corner thereof (said point also being or, the
South line of Let 6 R, Replat of Tract "F" - Meadowcliff
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas); thence
S77101'24"E along the North line of said Lot 6 R 19,.68'
to the SE corner thereof (said point also being on the
Westerly R/W line of Mabelvale Pike); thence S43052'36"W
along the Westerly R/W line of said Mabelvale Pike 133.77'
to its intersection with the North R/W line of Blount
Road (65th Street); thence S89057'00"W along the North
R/W line of said Blount Road (65th Street) 94.07' to the
Point of Beginning, contaii.ing 0.403 acres more or less.

established in accoreance with the existing monuments
and apparent property lines of the area. The use cf
