Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas) intersects

to the NE corner thereof (said point also being or, the
South line of Lot 6 R, Replat of Tract "F" - Meadowcliff
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas); thence

to the SE corner whereof (said point also being on the
Westerly R/W line of Mabelvale Pike); thence S43052'36"W
along the Westerly R/W line of said Mabelvale Pike 133.77'
to its intersection with the North R/W line of Blount
Road (65th Street); thence S89057'00"W along the North
R/W line of said Blount Road (65th Street) 94.07' to the
Point of Beginning, containing 0.403 acres more or less.
