This is to certify that we have surveyed part of the West 112 fractional
NE 1/4, Section 6, T -1-S, R-12-6, Pulaski County, Arkansas, in accordance
with the Recorded Deed, more particularly described as follows:
Beoinnino at the Northeast corner of said West 1/2, fractional NE 1/4;
run thence west alone the north line thereof 220.3 feet for point of
beginning; thence continue west alonq said north line 113.0 feet; thenc
south parallel with the east line of said west 1/2, fractional NE 1/4,
401.60 feet; thence east 113.0 feet; thence north parallel to said east
line 39.4 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.04 Acres more
or less.
