lhis is to certify that we have surveyed part of the West 1/2 fractional
NL 1/4, Section 6, T -1-S, R -12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, in accordance
with the Recorded Deed, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said West 1/2, fractional NE 1/4;
run thence west along the north line thereof 220.3 feet for point of
