Little Rock Board of Directors Special Called Meeting

The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in Regular Meeting with
Mayor Frank Scott, Jr., presiding. City Clerk Susan Langley called the roll with the
following Directors present: Miller; Richardson; Webb; Peck; Wright; Wyrick; Kumpuris;
Phillips; Adcock; Vice-Mayor Hines; and Mayor Scott. Director Antwan Phillips gave the
invocation followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
EXECUTIVE SESSION (Item 1)
Vice-Mayor Hines made the motion, seconded by Director Adcock, for the Board to go
into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the reappointment to the Little Rock
Housing Authority. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the Board
went into Executive Session.
1. RESOLUTION: To ratify a reappointment to the Little Rock Housing Authority Board
of Commissioners; and for other purposes.
Synopsis: To ratify the reappointment of Kenyon Lowe to serve his third five(5)-year term,said term
to expire on September 30,2027.
Director Miller stated for the record that he was recusing from the vote.
Vice-Mayor Hines made the motion, seconded by Director Richardson to ratify the
reappointment. By voice vote of the Board Members present, with Directors Richardson
and Wright voting Present, the motion failed.
Director Richardson made the motion, seconded by Director Wright, to adjourn the
meeting. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the meeting was
adjourned.
