I have printed your COA and have put it in the mail to you. You will need a copy of it to
get your building permit. I have sent a couple of extra copies along with it.
Please remove your lights that were denied by the HOC at the last meeting by 11/23/08.
You may install the lights as shown in the staff report at the same time that you take the
others down.
I will be out of the office the rest of the week, but please email or call me if there are
any questions. I will get back with you shortly after I get back in the office.
(Boyd, please send Ms. Fisher any brochures your office has on repairing or maintaining
wood windows with pulleys and weights. Also, please send me a copy. If there is a link
to it, that will be fine for me.)
