Railroad; thence S41022'21"W along the Northerly R/W line of said Missouri Pacific

R -13-W Pulaski County Arkansas,more particularly described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of said W} WI SWI; thence N00025'11"W along the West line of
said Wj W1 SWA 1134.21' to a point on the South R/W line of U. S. Interstate Highway 30;
then., N63053112"E along the South R/W line of said U.S. Interstate Highway 30 389.03';
then continue along the South R/W line of seid U.S. Interstate Highway 30 N68011'40'F
310.22': thence S02053'52"E 1398.67' to a point on the South line of said W} WI SWI
and the Northerly R/W line of Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence S88003'24"W along the
