drawing represents a careful survey of a tract of land lying in the Southwest
Quarter of Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski Cowlty, P.rkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 329.60 feet South and 30.00 feet West of the NortFeast corner
of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2, said point
being the Southeastcorner of Lot 1, Block 5, PENNBROQ`C SUBDIVISION, an addition
to Pulaski County, Arkansas, according to the recorded plat thereof; TEiE:CE North
87°57'02" West, measured (North 87`48' West, per Arkansas Highway Department)
along a South line of said Block 5 a distance of 626.00 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot 11 in said Block 5; THENCE South 01°20'20" [lest, measured (South

a distance of 435.70 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 17 in said Block 5, said
point also being on the Norjh right-of-way line of Interstate Higaway No. 6'0;
THENCE South 60°18'40" East along said North right-of-way line a distance of 99.37
feet, measured (South 60°02' Fast, 99.3 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department);
THENCE North 82054'37" East along said North right-of-way line a distance of 392.77
feet, measured (392.6 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department); THENCE North 35°48'46"
East along said right-of-way line a distance of 173.54 feet, measured (Borth 35047'
East, 173.0 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department); THENCE North 12°00'4911 Fast
along said right-of-way line a distance of 279.32 feet, measured (North 11054' East,
278.1 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department) to the point of beginning and containing
256,422 square feet or 5.887 acres, more or less.
I further certify that the accompanying survey correctly shows the location of
all buildings, structures and other improvements situated on the above premises;
and that EXCEPT AS SHOWN, there are nonvisible easements or rights-of-way across
such premises or other easements or rights-of-way of which the undersigned 'las
been advised, no party walls, no encroachments on adjoining premises, streets or
alleys by any of said buildings, structures or other improvements, and no
