Marlar, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that the attached drawing represents a careful survey of a tract of land lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 329.60 feet South and 30.00 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2, said point being the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 5, PENNBROOK SUBDIVISION, an addition to Pulaski County, Arkansas, according to the recorded plat thereof; THENCE North 87°57'02" West, measured (North 87'48' West, per Arkansas Highway Department) along a South line of said Block 5 a distance of 626.00 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 11 in said Block 5; THENCE South 01°20'20" West, measured (South 01'22' West, per Arkansas Highway Department) along an East line of said Block 5 a distance of 435.70 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 17 in said Block 5, said point also being on the North right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 630; THENCE South 60°18'40" East along said North right-of-way line a distance of 99.37 feet, measured (South 60002' East, 99.3 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department); THENCE North 82054'37" Fast along said North right-of-way line a distance of 392.77 feet, measured (392.6 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department); THENCE North 35`48'46" East along said right-of-way line a distance of 173.54 feet, measured (North 35047' East, 173.0 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department); THENCE North 12000'49" East along said right-of-way line a distance of 279.32 feet, measured (North I1054' East, 278.1 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department) to the point of beginning and containing 256,422 square feet or 5.887 acres, more or less. I further certify that the accompanying survey correctly shows the location of all buildings, structures and other improvements situated on the above premises; and that EXCEPT AS SHOWN, there are no visible easements or rights-of-way across such premises or other easements or rights-of-way of which the undersigned has been advised, no party walls, no encroachments on adjoining premises, streets or alleys by any of said buildings, structures or other improvements, and no encroachment on said premises by buildings, structures or improvements located on adjoining premises.
