1, Forrest C. Marlar, a Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify that the attached
drawing represents a careful survey of a tract of land lying ill the Southwest
Quarter of Section 2, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 329.60 feet South and 30.00 feet West of the Northeast corner
of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2, said point
being the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 5, PENNBROOK SUBD[VISION, an addition
to Pulaski County, Arkansas, according to the recorded plat th.reof; THENCE North
87°57'0211 West, measured (North 87°48' West, per Arkansas highway Department)
along a South line of said Block 5 a distance of 626.00 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot 11 in said Block 5; THENCE South 01°20'2011 Lest, measured (South
01'22' West, per Arkansas Highway Department) along an East line of said Block 5
a distance of 435.70 feet to the Southeast corner of LoL 17 in said L'lecl: 5, said

THENCE South 60'18'40" East along said North right-of-way line a distance of 99.37
feet, measured (South 60°02' Fast, 99.3 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department);

East along said right-of-way line a distance of 173.54 feet, measured (North 35047'
East, 173.0 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department); THENCE North 12°00'4911 Last
along said right-of-way line a distance of 279.32 feet, meisured (North 11°54' East,
278.1 feet, per Arkansas Highway Department) to the point of bep,inning ar.d containing
256,422 square feet or 5.887 acres, more or less.
I further certify that the accompanying survey correctly shows the location of
all buildings, structures and other improvements situated on the above premises;
and that EXCEPT AS SHOWN, there are no visible easements or rights-of-way across
such premises or other easements or rights-of-way of which the undersigned has
been advised, no party walls, no encroachments on adjoining premises, sl.reets or
alleys by any of said buildings, structures or other improvements, and nu
encroachment on said premises by buildings, structures or improverfunts located
on adjoining premises.
I further certify that said property is not located within an area identified by
the Secretary of Housing and Urban Developmunt as an area having a 'Lone Designa-
tion "A" - Special Flood Hazard.
