CRACKING. MATCH EXIISTING
3. INSTALL HEAVY-DUTY CONCRETE PAVEMENT AT DRIVE-THRU AND
DUMPSTER LOCATION.
4. REPLACE ANY SIDEWALK THAT CREATES A TRIPPING HAZARD,
MATCH EXISTING.
NOTES
t. PROPOSED DIMENSIONS ARE MEASURED FROM THE FACE OF CURB,
EDGE OF PAVEMENT, OR OR OUTSIDE EDGE OF SCREEN WALL.
EXISTING DIMENSIONS ARE MEASURED FROM BACK OF CURB.
2. THIS SITE PLAN IS BASED ON A PDF OF THE DESIGN PLANS FOR THE
EXISTING BUILDING. NO SURVEY WAS APPROVED OR ACQUIRED FOR
THIS PROJECT.
3. TO ACCOMMODATE A LARGER DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, ONE
PARKING SPACE MUST BE REMOVED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF
THE SITE.
4. CURRENTLY ALL ROOF DRAINAGE IS SPLASH -ON -GRADE AND IS NOT

6. DEMOLITION IS LIMITED TO SIDEWALK AND CURBING THAT IS
