I have been in contact with the title company that provided the previous search for me last year (Clear
Title). You requested a cover letter stating that their search was performed by a certified company.
Unfortunately, the person who performed the previous search for me is no longer with the company and
I was informed that they don't ordinarily provide such a document. However, I spoke with Hollie Wolfe
who handles that area ofresponsibility presently, and she sent the attached PDF document to me. I hope
that this will suffice for my property owner contact. As I explained to you in an earlier conversation, I
know of only one property owner change since last summer, and that is my next door neighbor. I can
get her mailing address information and make sure that she receives a certified letter as will the other
owners.
Please get back with me at your earliest convenience and let me know if this will be satisfactory. Thank
you for your time and attention to this matter.
