Dear Ms. Tonya Robinson-Fisher,
Your notices to the property owners were due to be mailed by you before May 30, 2008.
You were to provide proof that these notices were mailed five business days before the
meeting, which was last Monday June 2, 2008.
Did you obtain the property owner information from a licensed abstractor? Or did you
get your pervious list certified by a licensed abstractor? Did you mail the notices in a
timely fashion?
Please bring your paprework by my office by 5:00 pm June 6, 2008. If I do not hear
from you this afternoon and you have not fulfilled the requirements for notification, the
commission will defer your item to the July 2008 meeting.
