Ms. Robinson -Fisher,
According to the Certificate of Appropriateness application packet, we must have all drawings,
estimates, etc. three weeks prior to your hearing. This deadline is tomorrow, Friday the 16th. If
we don't have your drawings by then we will have to defer your item to the July hearing. Please
feel free to come by our office today or tomorrow with the sketches/drawings for your windows
and fence. I also need to give you a sign to post on your property stating that the property is
under consideration for a Certificate of Appropriateness.
