Commencing at the SW corner of the NW1/4 SW1/4 of said Section 36; thence N 89'59'45" E, a
distance of 30.00 feet to the east right—of-way line of Mississippi Avenue; thence N 00'00'15" W
along said east right—of—way line, a distance 655.80 feet to a )z" rebar for the POINT OF
N 89'59'45" E BEGINNING; thence continue N 00'00'15" W along said east right—of—way line, a distance of 309.57
30.00' feet to a %" rebar on the south right—of—way line of Evergreen Street; thence S 89'35'43" E
along said south right—of—way line, a distance of 605.96 feet to a 1%" pipe; thence S 01'00'47" E,
a distance of 308.53 feet to a 1" crimp pipe; thence N 89'41'56" W, a distance of 611.41 feet to
SW CORNER '+-- the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 4.32 Acres (188,082 sq.ft.) more or less.

property description set forth hereon are true and correct and prepared from an actual
on—the—ground survey of the real property shown hereon; (b) such survey was conducted by
the surveyor, or under his supervision; (c) all monuments shown hereon actually exist and the
location, size and type of material thereof are correctly shown; (d) that the property
description and plat shown hereon is a part of and wholly contained within the property shown
on and described in that certain survey prepared by me on December 16, 2009 and that there
are no overlaps of or gaps from the common boundaries except as shown and described
thereon; (e) except as shown hereon, there is no observed evidence of encroachments onto the
property or protrusions therefrom, there are no improvements on the property, there is no
visible evidence of easements or rights of way on the property, and there are no discrepancies,
conflicts, shortages in area or boundary line conflicts; (f) the size, location and type of
improvements are as shown hereon and all are located as shown hereon and set back from the
property lines the distances indicated; (g) the property has access to and from platted public
roadways; (h) all recorded easements of which the surveyor has been made aware have been
correctly platted thereon; (i) the boundaries, dimensions, and other details shown hereon are
true and correct.
