particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 27; thence South 66 degrees 3B minutes
00 seconds East a distance of 937.5B feet to the east right-of-way of the access ramp for
Interstate Highway 430 and the Point of Beginning, said point being a 5/8" rebar in a
concrete monument; thence along said right-of-way North 28 degrees 44 minutes 52
seconds East a distance of 5B.40 feet to a concrete right-of-way marker; thence North 43
degrees 13 minutes iB seconds East a distance of 204.35 feet to a concrete right-of-way
marker; thence North 35 degrees 22 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 304.90 feet to
a concrete right-of-way marker; thence North 7B degrees 00 minutes 23 seconds East a
distance of 74.94 feet to a concrete right-of-way marks r; thence North 82 degrees 21
minutes 52 seconds East a distance of 101.27 feet to a concrete right-of-way marker, said
point beingg on the south right-of-way of State Highway 10; thence along said right-of-
way South 83 degrees 31 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 161.73 feet to a concrete
right-of-way marker; thence South 73 degrees 40 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of
199.05 feet to a concrete right-of-way marker, said point also being on the west right-of-
way of Pleasant Valley Drive; thence along said rigght-of-way South 09 minutes 41
seconds 12 minutes West a distance of 311.56 feet to ai/2" rebar: thence South 14
degrees 24 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 294.95 feet to a1/2" rebar; thence
leaving said right -of way North 75 degrees 45 minutes 28 seconds West a distance of
768.11 feet to the paint of beginning said tract containing 8.508 acres more or less.
