AT ALL UNITS AS SHOWN ON THE LOTS MARKED - TYPICAL UNITS. A PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION WILL BE FORMED BY
THE RESIDENCE TO PROVIDE DEVELOPMENT OF THE OPEN SPACES AS PER THEIR DESIRES, THE CONDITIONS OF THIS PROPOSED
