THE SPACE BETWEEN TREES SHALL BE PLANTED WITH EVERGREEN SHRUBS OF THIRTY (30) INCH HEIGHT ON 30 INCH CENTERS AT PLANTING, SUFFICIENT TO COVER AT MATURITY THE ENTIRE GROUND AREA WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE STRIP.
