That work would be done at the expense of the developer. Contact Central Arkansas Water if additional fire protection or metered water service is required. The Little Rock Fire Department needs to evaluate this site to determine whether additional public and/or private fire hydrant(s) will be required. If additional fire hydrant(s) are required, they will be installed at the Developer's expense. Due to the nature of this facility, installation of an approved reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assembly (RPZ) is required on the domestic water service. This assembly must be installed prior to the first point of use. Central Arkansas Water (CAW) requires that upon installation of the RPZA, successful tests of the assembly must be completed by a Certified Assembly Tester licensed by the State of Arkansas and approved by CAW. The test results must be sent to CAW's Cross Connection Section within ten days of installation and annually thereafter. An eighteen (18) foot street buffer (in no case less than nine (9) feet) is required on all perimeters. 4. Landscaping, including interior landscape islands, is required for the new parking lot. 5. Also, see the Notice of the Public Meeting and the Sign in Sheet. Only two others attended the meeting besides myself and they included the church's pastor and a church member. No opposition has been expected for this project since the church has been long established in the community, an excellent neighbor and the proposed facility is of comparable size to the previous facility with adequate off street parking. The Family Life Center is slab on grade with brick veneer on the exterior and metal paneled exterior walls, metal studs at exterior and interior walls with gypsum board finish painted and interior acoustical suspended ceilings. Approximately 60 students are bused from area schools to participate in an after school study and homework program to assist them in their studies. We utilize about 6 classrooms and provide snacks between the afterschool time period from approx. 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
