1.Paint brick on house and detached garage
a.Prime and paint brick.
2.Fence in rear yard
a.Install privacy fence in rear yard on east and south sides and connecting to house on north side of back
yard. Install pedestrian gate on south side near western property line, a pedestrian gate on the east side of
house in a section of fence between house and the east property line, and a drive. gate on the west side of
the house between the house and the west property line.
b.The fence shall be six feet tall with 1 x6" cedar pickets capped with a vertical 2x4 and an either a 2x4 or 2x6
horizontally on the top. Posts shall be roughly a 6x6" with post caps.
3.Columns on front porch
a.Install "Perma Cast" columns on front porch.
