described as: Starting at the Northwest corner of the fractional NWl/4,
NE1/4, said Section 3; thence SO -44'40"E along the West line of said
fractional NWl/4 NEI/4, 30.0 ft. to a point on the South right-of-way
line of Baseline Road; thence East along said South right-of-way line
30.0 ft. to a point on the East right-of-way line of Childers Road and
the point of beginning; thence East and continuing along said South right-
of-way line, 483.0 ft. to a point; thence S0043'20"E, 838.63 ft. to a
point on the North right-of-way line of Interstate Route No. 30; thence
S64°13'20"W along said North right-of-way line, 532.30 ft. to a point on
the East right-of-way line of Childers Road; thence N0044'40"W along said
