PLAN FOR DIMENSIONS NOT SHOWN ON THIS SHEET.
2. SEE ARCHITECT FOR EXISTING GRADES AND SITE
CONDITIONS NOT INDICATED ON THIS PLAN.
3. GENERALLY SLOPE FINISH GRADE FROM V-0"
BELOW FINISH FLOOR ELEVATION TO PROPERTY
LINES IN ALL DIRECTIONS TO INSURE POSITIVE
DRAINAGE OF STORM WATER. IF UNCLEAR, VERIFY
SITE GRADING CONCEPT W/ARCHITECT.
4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE 6" OF QUALITY

6. CARE SHALL BE TAKEN TO PROTECT ALL EXISTING
TREES, SHRUBS AND LANDSCAPE FEATURES TO
REMAIN. REMOVE TREES ONLY AS INDICATED ON
THE DRAWINGS OR AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ARCHITECT.
7. ALL WORK SHALL CONFORM TO APPLICABLE LAWS,
CODES, ORDINANCES, AND RULES OF THE CITY,
COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES.
8. CONNECTING SUB -CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY
LOCATION, SIZE, AND TYPE OF EXISTING UTILITY
SERVICES. THE SUBCONTRACTOR SHALL PAY
CONNECTION FEES AND MAKE CONNECTIONS AS
REQUIRED. ALL DEPOSITS SHALL BE PAID BY
THE OWNER.
9. CURB CUTS AND DRIVEWAY APRONS SHALL
CONFORM TO CITY ORDINANCE. CONSTRUCT
STREET/DRIVE TRANSITION AS SMOOTH AS
ORDINANCE ALLOWS.
10. ALL WALKS AND DRIVEWAY AREAS SHALL BE
SMOOTH FINISH CONCRETE UNLESS OTHERWISE
INDICATED.
12. PROVIDE RAMPS FOR TRANSITION FROM WALKS
TO PARKING LOT ELEVATIONS. ALL SITE FEATURES
SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE HANDICAPPED AS
PER ANSI STANDARDS. PARKING SPACES FOR
HANDICAPPED SHALL BE DESIGNED AND MARKED
AS PER ANSI STANDARDS.
