N O T E S
1. Underground Utility locations are taken from respective Utility Company
Office Records. These locations should be verified in the field before
Construction.
2. Entire site, except for existing building area and extreme east end, is
paved with asphalt.
3. Replacement or new asphalt paving is to be 2" HKAC Surface i_ourse on F"
compacted (95%) SB -2 Base Course on Compacted Subgrade.
4. Grades are to follow existing pavement contours.
5. Provide 12" openings in new curbs as required to maintain existing drainage
patterns.
6. Parking Spaces are 9' x 18' minimum.
