HomeMy WebLinkAboutZ-4601-A Map 2THIS PLAT REPRESENTS A SURVEY OF THE FIRST TRACT DESCRIBED IN THE WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 896, PAGE 215 OF THE RECORDS OF DEEDS AND MORTGAGES OF PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS AS FOLLOWS: LEGAL DESCRIPTION A parcel of land in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, and in the Southern portion of Lot 14 Block 2, Walton Heights Addition to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Begin at a point on the West line of Lot 17, Block 2, Walton Heights Subdivision, which is 76.6 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 17 and run thence North 0 degrees 05 minutes West and along the West line of said Lot 17 and the said West line extended a distance of 62.3 feet; thence North 65 degrees 08 minutes West 75.2 feet; thence South 8 degrees 05 minutes West 94.9 feet; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes East 81.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.14 acres, more or less. This tract is the first tract described in Book 896 page 215 of the records of deeds and mortgages of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Ingress/Egress description: An easement in the SW 1/4, SEI /4, Section 17, T -2—N, R -13—W, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 17, Block 2, Walton Heights Subdivision: thence N 84' 05' West along th North lot line 343.9'; thence S 00' 05' East, 56.8% thence East 10% thence N 25' East, 47'± ; to a point 10' South of the North lot line; thence South 84' 05' East 313'± to the East Line; thenc North 10.3'± to point of beginning; all within lot 17, Block 2, Walton Heights Addition.
