BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4, Southeast 1/4, Northeast 1/4
Section 32 also being the Northwest corner of Hunters Cove Addition (Book C, Page 167);
thence North 00'33'37' West along the West line of Marlowe Manor Addition (Book
33, Page 98) a distance of 666.34 feet; thence North 8954'58" East along the South Ine
