County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a found iron pin accepted as the Southeast corner of the El/2 E1/2 NWl/4
NEI/4 NEI/4 of said Section 1, said point also being on the North line of Castlewood
Subdivision; thence N 87 degrees 52 minutes 37 seconds W, 674.88' to a found iron pin;
thence N 88 degrees 10 minutes 24 seconds W, 100.00' to a found iron pin; thence
N 02 degrees 47 minutes 55 seconds E, 608.93' to a found iron pin, said iron pin being
on the South right of way line of Baseline Road; thence along said South right of way line,
the following bearings and distances, S 88 degrees 12 minutes 29 seconds E. 100.00'
to a found AIITD (Arkansas Highway and Transportation) monument-, N 02 degrees 45
