thence N 88 degrees 10 minutes 24 seconds W, 100.00' to a found iron pin; thence
N 02 degrees 47 minutes 55 seconds E, 608.93' to a found 'iron pin, said iron pin being
on the South right of way line of Baseline Road; thence along said South right of way fine,
