Installation of a 6' wood privacy fence in the rear yard and installation of a metal rolling gate
parallel to the rear property line, as shown in attached site plan.
1) Fencing
a) Privacy fence shall be made of flat wood vertical boards in a single row.
b) Fence sections with street frontage shall be no closer to the street than what is shown on the
attached site plan.
c) All privacy fence gates shall be the same style as the wood privacy fence and no more than 6'
tall.
d) Rolling metal gate shall not interfere with adjacent property or alley access when opening or
closing.
e) HVAC units and stored garbage collectors should be located where not readily visible from the
street.
