Although you are reusing some of the old materials this will be considered a new sidewalk with the extensive replacement. Since this is within the streets Rights-of-Ways not only will staff have to inspect the work for workmanship and quality, all ADA federal guidelines must be adhered to. Cross slope shall not exceed 2% and the running slope shall not exceed 5%, at any point a ramp is replaced the running slope shall not exceed 8.33% and 2% cross. The authorized agent, John Cunningham, cc-d here, has submiƩed the survey and photos of the needed repairs. Also aƩached is a CerƟficate of Compliance for the work, administraƟvely reviewed for the LiƩle Rock Historic District Commission.
