Staff will have to inspect aŌer the work is done. Although you are reusing some of the old materials this will be
considered a new sidewalk with the extensive replacement. Since this is within the streets Rights-of-Ways not only will
staff have to inspect the work for workmanship and quality, all ADA federal guidelines must be adhered to. Cross slope
shall not exceed 2% and the running slope shall not exceed 5%, at any point a ramp is replaced the running slope shall
not exceed 8.33% and 2% cross. Staff is good with the replacement, just be sure to adhere to all guidelines.
