1) Signage
a) Install 60in x 44 in wood sign as indicated in attached plan.
b) Obtain all necessary permits with the Capitol Zoning District Commission.
2) Sidewalk Repair
a) Remove original brick pavers and grade ground beneath according to the Planning &
Development Engineering Division.
b) Re -install all original brick in original pattern.
c) If replacement brick is necessary, replace in kind.
